World Rally Championship 3 Cheats

On the main menu highlight the quick race option and press start 13 times, and then press X.
This will unlock all concept cars and extreme cars so you don't have to play through the game...

Highlight Quick Race and press START 13 times, then X. You have now unlocked every car in the game, including all level 5's, extreme and concept. This will save to the memorycard, so remember to remove it to avoid "ruining" your progress

Complete the Wales Rally GB under the extreme difficulty setting in first place to
unlock all cars, including the Extreme and Concept cars.
