Actually you can but it depends on the duelist you want to invite to the tournament. Alexis Rhodes: sweets and healthy foods and golden egg and cook's sandwich Zane Truesdale: plain sandwich and the golden egg sandwich mostly Syrus Truesdale: mostly seafood sandwiches Bastion Misawa: vegetables but not sweets Chazz Princeton: luxuray foods only if he is in Slifer Red Chumly Huffington: hates meat Jaden Yuki: anything except the destiny sandwich Jinzo: 60,000DP or probably win ten times against him Dark Magician Girl: you need to beat her at the carnival event Good luck.
