go to the forest you'll find jinzo
duel him and ask him to be partner
he will ask for 60000dp you give
if you want
but jinzo is week

dark magician girl is also in forest
but in the morning
duel her or ask to be partner
she will tell you she want to eat
golden egg sandwich give her and she is your partner

but you must have done part 2.3 to find "ask to be a partner" option

What if your still on part 1?

Jinzo is found after 22:30 in the forest next to the generator..
defeat him, pay him 60,000 dp and he is your partner
Dark Magician Girl, well you need to finish all 3 parts atleast once before you will find
her in the forest in the morning before school
when u see her.. walk back towards exit .. pressing down at the same time.. u will then
enter the hidden path that takes u to the other side of the waterfall where dark magician
girl is.. talk to her, duel her, but have a golden egg sandwich with u ..coz until she
eats that she wont ask u to be her partner

My question was misunderstood. I was asking how it's even possible for them to be your
partners, since they're duel spirits, not how you get them to be your partners.
