Get 100% Sync in DNA Sequence 2 to unlock. Buns of Steel makes you immune to all forms of damage when replaying a memory. Cheats are available in the Options menu during the replay of a memory.

Well no duh it works but replaying memory cheats aren't exactly good cheats if you cant get trophies or save your game when using them
