can anyone answer this?...am pretty far into game but have stopped leveling up...cant get any more perks or skill levels as after every kill, nothing happens...need more locksmith points and science points and communication points...is this one of many glitche...

There is a litle side quest when your running around hidden valley to find a lost lasor pistol. Ive talked to the cadets and looked all over the place i still cant find the lasor pistol. Anyone have better luck than i did?

in the mission you get from the ncr colonel at hoover dam she hints at a way to detonate a bomb and take out power to the brotherhood of steel in hidden valley instead of killing the whole chapter. the radar is no help and i cant figure it out. how is it done?
