I already have PSN friends who bug me to join their game every time they play online, so if you're going to be like that prepare to be REJECTED! I'm not in to Free Mode as much as I used to be. I'm more in to competitive modes (Team Deathmatch and Race are the modes I usually play). If I don't join, know that it's for a reason. NOTE: My PS3 is currently broken, and I am currently trying to get a new one, which I am entitled to under law, but Sony insists on a repair. No way, Sony - a new one or you can stick it up your... yeah. It's still usable but not without major controller problems. The future updates for this guide will be stalled until my PS3 is fixed or replaced. Whether it be how to do a mision, or where to find those flying rats, this guide can tell you how to do it or where it is. This guide can be used as either a guide for individual missions or a start to finish guide. All steps to complete the missions as they come are listed. /-----------\ |2: Controls| \-----------/ These controls are for both single player and online multiplayer modes (obviously, some options only apply to one or the other, I'll leave it up to your intelligence to figure them out). NOTE: Anyone with a decent ASCII art picture of a labelled PlayStation 3 and/or Xbox 360 controller, can you please send me it so I can put it here? You will be credited for your work. PC Controls are customizable, but here are the defaults On Foot: W: Go Forwards A: Go Left D: Go Right S: Go Backwards (When the game actually comes out, more controls will be added - default movement controls have always been W, S, A and D for the GTA series) /----------\ |3: Weapons| \----------/ Fists Always avaliable All through the GTA series, you have always been able to rely on your fist for hand to hand combat. These will come in handy, and you'll never lose them, but in the later stages of the game, you'll probably want to use guns instead, as the fist have little power and range. However, don't be fooled - these babies are quite useful - they can disarm enemies, you can pick things up off the street, and when you are fighting, you do also use your legs. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Baseball Bat Avaliable from "Do You Have Protection?" $5 The baseball bat is one step up from your fists, and has a slightly larger range and quite a bit more power. Once your opponent is down, just keep mashing that attack button and they're gone. Agian, in the later stages of the game, this will only be a backup. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Knife Availble from when you unlock Little Jacob's special ability $100 The last melee weapon is the knife. It has the same range as your baseball bat, but it stabs rather than hits. Which wepaon you choose depeands on whether you like blunt force trauma or stab wounds found in your victims. Stabby stabby! NOTE: You get the knife before you even meet Little Jacob, but it can only be purchased from him. It isn't availble from the gun shop. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Pistol (Glock 17) Avaliable from "Do You Have Protection?" $600 The most basic of firearms, the Pistol is probably the first gun you'll use. It will be far more effective than the melee weapons you've been using for previous matters. There are far more powerful alternatives, but it's always good to have a sidearm for situations at close range or for enemies on low health. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Combat Pistol (Desert Eagle) Avaliable from "Museum Piece" $1,500 Now THIS is the sidearm you want in your coat - this thing will kill your enemies far faster than the normal Pistol will. But, be sure to find cover before you use all 7 bullets in your magazine, as reloads are quite frequent (although this is the only disadvantage for the Combat Pistol) ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Micro SMG (Micro Uzi) Avaliable from "Do You Have Protection?" $1,200 This weapon is pretty mucbh a rapid fire pistol - a larger magazine and obvious faster rate of fire are a plus, but it's not quite the powerhouse you'd like it to be. At close to medium range, this is a cheap efective gun, but that's about it. Good for small groups of enemies at close to medium range. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- SMG (SW MP-10) Avaliable from "Luck of the Irish" $2,500 A far better alternative to the Micro SMG, the SMG, although with a smaller magazine, has far more power and accuracy than its baby brother. It will be useful in most combat situations, and is a cheaper alternative to an assault rifle should you be short on cash. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Assault Rifle (AK-47) Avaliable from "Deconstruction For Beginners" $3,500 A gun anyone who's seen an action movie or played a shooting game would recognize, the Assault Rifle is one of the best guns in the world. Cheap and easy to use, this gun is extremely effective in combat, close, medium or long range. It is more powerful, but has less accuracy than the Carbine Rifle. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Carbine Rifle (HK416) Avaliable from "Three Leaf Clover" $5,000 The assault rifle tier is the first tier where both weapons are equally good, and are only comparable in certain situations. If you want accuracy, go for the Carbine - it has better accuracy than the Assault Rifle, but is not as powerful. However, once you get a hold of one, you won't be going back - this is the gun you'll use most often. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Sniper Rifle (Remington R700P) Avaliable from "Luck of the Irish" $6,000 The sniper rifle, as you should know, is the best weapon for long range combat. Second only to the Combat Sniper, this is a good chice for assassinations from a distance, although be sure to hit your target with the first shot, otherwise they'll hear your shot and run for it while you're reloading for your seocnd shot. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Combat Sniper (HK PSG1) Avaliable from "Luck of the Irish" $8,500 This is a better sniper rifle than the Sniper Rifle, because you can shoot multiple shots without having to pause between shots to reload. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Pump Shotgun (Ithica Model 37 Stakeout)Avaliable from "Do You Have Protection?" $1,200 With its awesome power at close range, the Pump Shotgun will be good for close encounters with armoured enemies, but lacks power at long range as the bullets spread. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Combat Shotgun (Beretta 1201FP Automatic) Avaliable from "Blow Your Cover" $2,500 Like a machine gun and a shotgun combined, the Combat Shotgun is good for groups of armoured enemies you need to take down fast. This thing will rip though enemies, and is even useful for destroying cars. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Rocket Launcher (RPG-7V) Avaliable from "Babysitting" $15,000 for weapon, $5,000 per rocket Where would GTA be without the trusty rocket launcher? Fire this at cars to destroy them or even at groups of enemies to blow them all to kingdom come. An expensive choice, but sometimes it's the only weapon for the job. Rockets will richochet off the ground, walls and objects if the side of the rocket hits those things. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Molotov Cocktail Avaliable from "Master and the Molotov" $500 per molotov The flamethrower was one of the coolest weapons to use in the GTA series, but it isn't present in GTA IV. Thankfully, we still have our Molotovs to satisfy our hunger for fried human. Simply throw it and watch you enemies slowly burn to nothing. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Grenades (M26A1 Fragmentation) Avaliable from "Deconstruction For Beginners" $1,000 per grenade Not enough cash for the rocket launcher, but still yearn for a satisfying explosion? The grenade is the answer to your prayers. Simply lob it at someone or something and watch it go boom, taking anyone it a 10 foot radius with it. Not a good choice for battles though, as enemies can run away from them. You can hold down the fire button and "cook" the grenade to shorten the time from when you throw it to the eventual explosion, but be sure to throw it before it explodes (unless you're going for the "suicide bomb" effect). /--------------\ |4: Walkthrough| \--------------/ Just some notes before we start: My Way of Play: Remember, this is only how I did it (and I got through using these methods). You can go your own way if my methods don't work for you - it may be for the better. This game is also quite open ended and you can missions in several ways, and the order in which you do those missions can vary. This story in GTA IV isn't a straight line - it varys and you make several choices throughout the game. My job is only to guide you through each of the scenarios. Also, phonecalls may happen at different times and other things may happen that change the course of the game. It shouldn't be a problem, as the guide is just that - a guide. It isn't a procedure for how to complete the game from start to finish, but a guide teling you how to do each mission and what should happen after each mission. Obvious Stuff: Before any mission, you should get a decent stockpile of ammo for your SMG and Assault/Carbine Rifle, some Grenades or Molotovs (whatever you feel is right for the situation; I prefer Grenades so it's the primary projectile in this guide) as well as Body Armour. Also, eat food or save to replenish your health if need be. You should always be wary of the cops, and I won't always warn you of their possible appearances in the game. Also, things like looting dead enemies for ammo, as well as several other things, will be done in almost every mission and you should simply do these things when you feel it's appropriate. Needless to say, don't loot a dead body when there are 10 enemies still shooting at you, but it doesn't take much common sense to do these simple things at the right times. These things will come second nature to you in GTA IV. I'm Not Perfect, But You Can't Say Anything if You Need This Guide: I got killed on more than one occasion, but it's not noted. This is because you may die at any point in time. However, if you need this guide, what can you say? Let's start then! /-----------------\ |4.1: Roman Bellic| \-----------------/ /-------------------------\ |4.1.1: The Cousins Bellic| \-------------------------/ After the cutscene, get in Roman's Taxi and wait for the yellow route to come up on the map. Follow this route until you get to Roman's "mansion". If you're a GTA veteran, the driving may feel unusual, and it's quite different from previous GTA games. It will take a while to acustom to the feel of GTA IV's new physics, but it will come eventually. Once you arrive, another cutscene will play. Once it's done, save your game. Get in to the habit of saving at your safehouse, especially if you play with more than one save profile, otherwise you might press X or A when the game asks you if you'd like to overwrite the previous autosave file without thinking and save over an autosave that was for Profile 1, when you're in Profile 2. There is only 1 autosave profile for the game, not one for each save profile. /---------------------\ |4.1.2: It's Your Call| Reward: $30 \---------------------/ Drive to the location with Roman. Once you arrive, Roman will give you a cell phone (even though it is accessible from when you step off the boat, only Multiplayer is availble before this mission). Wait, and Roman will call you. After the call, the Albanians will come in a white sedan, as Roman said. Call him and he will come out and get in your car. Reverse, do a 180 and drive back to the taxi firm. The reverse 180 is suprisingly easy in GTA IV, and not only is it effective, but looks pro to. /----------------------\ |4.1.3: Three's A Crowd| Reward: N/A \----------------------/ Drive to the subway station and pick up Mallorie and Michelle. Mallorie will convince Michelle to go out with you, and she will give you her phone number. Drive to the marker and once you arrive, the girls will get out of your car. Niko will call Roman to tell him he's dropped the girls off, and about how Michelle complained about his clothes. Roman will tell you about a Russian clothes shop near your safehouse. Drive there, get out of your car and go to the door. Once in the shop, pick out any item you wish to have Niko wear to get it for free. You can purchase more items, but it will cost you money. You can get shirts, pants, hats, glasses and shoes for Niko. Once you're done, exit the shop and the mission will end. After this, Michelle will call you asking to go on a date. Wait, and Roman will call you moments later, telling you he;s being attacked. Hmm, date or save cousin? A hard decision indeed. Drive towards Roman's location to start the next mission. /----------------\ |4.1.4: Bleed Out| Reward: $50 \----------------/ Once you are at the basketball courts, get out of your car and go to Roman's aid. Bledar will want to fight you. The help box will tell you how to fight, so beat Dardan to death. Kalem, the other guy beating Roman up, will come at you. Beat him down too. Dardan will now flee. There are combos in the game regarding melee. Get in Roman's Taxi and chase Dardan. Remember, as the game tells you, you can hold Circle or B to lock on to Dardan's car to see where he is. Along the way, a truck will get in Dardan's way, forcing him to turn right. Not long after this, a garbage truck will reverse, forcing him to turn left. If you're not careful, you'll hit the vehicles or the wall because you need to react fast to the obstacles. Dardan will stop his car eventually and get out. Follow him up the stairs and in to the room. The game will tell you how to disarm someone, so when Dardan tries to stab you, press X or A to dodge, and then Circle or B to disarm. Do not try to beat Dardan up, it's suicide. Once you have the knife, stab the living crap out of Dardan. Return to Roman's taxi and drive back to the taxi depot. Mission completed. Michelle probably texted you questioning your whereabouts when you were supposed to be dating her. Nosy much. /-------------\ |4.2: Michelle| \-------------/ /-----------------\ |4.2.1: First Date| Reward: N/A \-----------------/ Go pick up Michelle. Once you're in her car, drive to the funfair. On the way, Michelle, being her nosy self, will ask you tons of personal questions. Once at the funfair, you'll see it's closed. Luckily, there's a bowling alley nearby. Run there, screw a conversation with your date, screw a nice stroll along the boardwalk, we don't have time! Once at the alley, go to the lane closest to the door. Once holding the bowling ball, have Niko take 2 steps to the left and confirm your position. Bowl as the game tells you as straight as possible for the highest chance of a strike - there's a sweet spot that, when you bowl straight from this position, is easy to hit. Finish the game of bowling. After kicking Michelle's ass at bowling, go back to her car and drive back to her apartment. She will ask questions on the trip back too, she just doesn't stop. When you arrive at Michelle's apartment, she will tell Niko she wants to see him again. You can now date Michelle, and go places with her like pool, darts, drinking, eating and, well, I think I just listed them all. Oh wait, there's that "exclusive" activity you can only do with your girlfriends when you drop them off, I think we all know what that is. Go back to the taxi depot for more missions from Roman. /-------------------\ |4.3: Roman Bellic 2| \-------------------/ /----------------\ |4.3.1: Easy Fare| Reward: $100 \----------------/ Get in Roman's taxi and head to Jermaine's location. Once Jermain is in the car, drive to his destination. When you arrive, the cops will show up, and you will have a 2 star wanted level. Reverse back out on to the street and drive away from the area. You need to either get to a Pay 'n' Spray and enter without the cops looking however you can't do that at this point in the game, so you have to get out of the police search radius indicated by a flashing red and blue circle on your map. Once out of the area for 5 or so seconds, the cops will simply give up their search. Take Jermaine to his destination. Coincidently, his destination is Pay 'n' Spray. You can now use Pay 'n' Spray to repair your car and lose heat. It's free for a while but eventually you'll have to pay for it's services. /--------------------\ |4.3.2: Jamaican Heat| Reward: $150 \--------------------/ Get in Roman's taxi and drive to Little Jacob's location. Sound the horn and he will get in the cab. Drive him to the meet. If you want to understand what ever the hell it is Little Jacob is saying, turn the subtitles on. It won't make much more sense, but it's useful for decoding his crazy sentence structure and figuring out what the words he use mean. Once at the meet, get out of the cab and run up the stairs to your post. Crouch and wait for the people to arrivel Once they do, after the cutscene, a gunfight will ensue. Aim for your enemies and shoot them all to death. Get headshots by altering your aim with the right analog stick for quicker kills. Once all 3 of the enemies are dead, another will come out of a door on a near by roof. Shoot him down like you did the other three. Once all the enemies are dead, loot their cash and ammo and get back in Roman's taxi with Little Jacob. Drive him to his destination. Little Jacob is available for jobs now, and so is Vlad from the cutscene for this mission. let's clear things up with Vlad first. /--------------------\ |4.4: Vladimir Glebov| \--------------------/ /---------------------------\ |4.4.1: Bull in a China Shop| Reward: $50 \---------------------------/ Drive to the shop, get out of your car and go up to the door. The owner seems to feel your threats are somewhat empty, so let's show him what we mean. Turn around and go to the near by construction site south of the shop, on the corner of Thornton Street and *** ***. Go to the pile of bricks and pick one up as the game instructs you to. Go back to the shop and aim for one of the shop's big glass windows. Throw the brick at one of the windows and the owner will come out and give you the protection money. Drive back to the bar to give Vlad the money and get your measly reward. Vlad will text you now long after for more work. Go back to the bar. /----------------------\ |4.4.2: Hung Out to Dry| Reward: $100 \----------------------/ Go to the laundromat and go to the front door. The owner will escape to a van out the back. Steal one of the cars in the parking lot and hotwire it faster as the game tells you to. Catch up to the van and continuously ram it until a cutscene ensues. Mission completed. Go back to the bar for more work. /--------------------\ |4.4.3: Clean Getaway| Reward: $150 \--------------------/ Go to the marker on the map and go up the stairs until you reach the station platform. Wait for the train to come. To pass some time, push people on to the tracks and watch them get flattened. Once the train arrives, get on and once you arrive at your destination, go down the stars and to the car Vlad wants you to steal. There is a guy cleaning the car, and you can deal with him in any way you want, or just leave him alive. What you should do is execute the "stun punch" the game teaches you here. Do so and steal the car. Drive off but don't go to the marker on the map, just get away from the cops if they're after you. Once everything's fine, stop and lsiten to the phone call. Once it's over, go to the car wash marked on the map. Go to the marker to get the car cleaned. Drive the car to Vlad's lockup, park it in the garage and get out. Vlad doesn't seem to car how dented, smashed or damaged the car is, as long as it's nice and clean. Go back to the bar for Vlad's final mission. /-------------------------------\ |4.4.4: Ivan the Not so Terrible| Reward: $50 \-------------------------------/ Go to the taxi depot as Vlad told you to. Ivan will attempt to escape before you even get there. Follow him until he reahces a contruction site. he will get out of his car and you will know so because his location on the map tells you he's elevated. Go in to the construction site and climb the 2 ladders and go up the flight of stairs until you get to the roof. Go up the ramp and climb the ladder to see Ivan jump from here to the roof below. Do the same to keep chasing Ivan, Follow him across the roof tops and eventually he'll have nowher to go. Once he's hanging for his life you can make your first decision of the game. If you let him live, he will become a Random Character later on in the game. If you kill him, that's the end of that. his Random Character doesn't contribute to 100% completion, so either decision will do fine. After you've saved him or killed him, mission completed. /-------------------\ |4.5: Roman Bellic 2| \-------------------/ /-----------------\ |4.5.1: Uncle Vlad| Reward: N/A \-----------------/ Drive to the bar with Roman. After the cutscene, simply avoid the 2 henchmen and follow Vlad out the back. he'll get in his car so get in yours and follow him. There are a lot of vehicles like trucks and buses programmed to get in your way during the chase, so keep vigilant and avoid the obstacles. Eventually, Vlad will get out of his car and you will be standing there listening to him ramble. You can execute him as when you aim at him, the circle flashes red. When you do eventually kill him, a long cutscene will ensue and the mission will be over. The game will tell you that you can call people from your phone to continue the story. It is never necessary unless the game tells you to call someone, as contacts and bosses will always call you when they have more jobs for you. Call Roman or wait for him to call you. Go to his mission marker. /--------------------\ |4.6: Mikhail Faustin| \--------------------/ /---------------------------\ |4.6.1: Crime and Punishment| Reward: $200 \---------------------------/ After the cutscene, Roman's mission turns in to Mikhail's mission. You need to find the van with the TVs in it, and to do this you need a police car. Hear sirens in the background? A police car is programmed to come as soon as the cutscene is over. Go to the police car up the road from Mikhail's house, and wait for the cop to go around the back of the house. Then take the car without any hassle. The right van could be any of the three on the map. You're looking for the one with sombody in the passenger seat. Pull the vans over until you find the right one by activating your siren behind the van you want to pull over. When they do, get out of your car and go up to their car to investigate their van. If you get the wrong one, get back in your car and continue to pull vans over. When you get the right one, get in the van and floor it before the passenger shoots you to death. Once you're in the van, go to the lockup marked on the radar. You may opt to kill the shooter, but they won't follow you so it isn't necessary. Once at the lockup, park the van and you'll get out automatically. You'll call Dimitri automatically too to tell him you have the TVs. Let's go see Little Jacob, we haven't seen him in a while. /-----------------\ |4.7: Little Jacob| \-----------------/ /----------------------\ |4.7.1: Concrete Jungle| Reward: $250 \----------------------/ After the cutscene, you can either stay in Little Jacob's car or get in a better car. Once you have a vehicle, drive to the location marked on the map. After the cutscene, drive in to the rear alleyway. Wait for a moment, and Little Jacob will call you. You will automatically answer the phone, and he will tell you to kill anyone trying to escape from the back. 3 men will come out of a door right in front of you, so run them all over. 2 of them have guns, so watch out. Once they're all dead, go pick up Little Jacob and take him to the marker on the map. Go to the front door and take cover as the game tells you to. When Jacob kicks the door down, kill the people in the apartment. Kill the guy that comes down the stairs. When told, go take cover under the window and shoot the guy with the shotgun. From here, kill all the other enemies in the room. if you have to, go in the room to kill the enemies, but out hee it is safer since you have cover. Once all the enemies are dead, loot the corpses' ammo and money, and get the first aid on the table if you need it. be sure to get the shotgun from the guy you killed, unless you already have an combat shotgun from the police car you used for Crime and Punishment. Get back in your car with Jacob and go back to the cafe. /----------------------\ |4.8: Mikhail Faustin 2| \----------------------/ /------------------------------\ |4.8.1: Do You Have Protection?| Reward: $400 \------------------------------/ Get in the Turismo in Mikhail's driveway and go to the sex shop. Once there, folllow Dimitri in to the shop. After the cutscene, target the guy with the red arrow over his head, then target the guy next to him when he has a red arrow over his head. When told, shoot this guy in one of his legs. After the first guy gives Dimitri the money, leave the shop. Now go to the gun shop as marked on your radar. Once there, get out of your car and go inside. Purchase a Micro SMG, it's on the house. Any extra ammo or any other guns you buy now will cost you. At the moment, you can only buy the Pistol, Micro SMG and Pump Shotgun and ammo for those guns, as well as body armour. Get back in the car and drive back to Mikhail's house. /------------------------\ |4.8.1: Final Destination| Reward: $500 \------------------------/ After the cutscene, drive to the location. Before you get there, Niko will call Mikhail and ask him if he still wants to go ahead with the killing. Mikhail insists that Niko kills him, and that's he's on the nearby train station platform. Go up the stairs and a cutscene will ensue. After the cutscene, quickly take the guy with the Micro SMG down before he kills you. Chase after Lenny and kill him before he reaches his car. if he gets in his car, quickly get a car and chase him. Ram and shoot his car, or shoot him to make the process a whole lot easier. Once he's dead, you get $500. Roman will call you saying he's got somebody at the depot he wants you to meet. Let's go there now. /-------------------\ |4.9: Roman Bellic 4| \-------------------/ /-----------------\ |4.9.1: Logging On| Reward: N/A \-----------------/ Drive to the internet cafe. Go to the front desk, then go to any of the computers. Go to Web, then whck your E-mails. Send a positive reply to activate your account. Get off the computer and leave the internet cafe. You can come back here to browse the internet and check e-mails whenever you want. Niko automatically calls Roman and tells him he's online. Not long after this, Roman calls Niko to tell you that Brucie wants cars delivered to him and that he'll send you the cars and their locations via e-mail. Check your e-mails to do those jobs. /-----------------------\ |4.10: Mikhail Faustin 3| \-----------------------/ /--------------------\ |4.10.1: No Love Lost| Reward: $600 \--------------------/ Go to the location marked on the map. When you get there, the biker will try to escape. Get on the nearby bike, wait for a moment so Niko puts a helmet on and chase him (always wait to put on a helmet if you can, it significantly reduces damage on head impacts when you crash). Don't bother shooting at him just yet, it's a waste of ammo, as he can't die yet. Wait until he reaches his gang, then start shooting at the bikers to kill them. Any remaining bikers will enter a park, get off their bikes and shoot at you on foot. You too should get of your bike and finish them off. You are probably heavily outnumbered, so finish them off quickly. Once all the bikers are dead, the mission is completed. Youl will call Mikhail to tell him the job was successful. Lets go do another job for him. /----------------------\ |4.10.2: Rigged To Blow| Reward: $700 \----------------------/ Go to the truck's location and get in. Mikhail will tell you the truck is full of explosives, and to park it in a garage in South Bohan. Be carful driving the truck, because as you take damage the explosives will become unstable and if you take too much damage the truck will explode. On the way, Roman will call you to propose going out to get drunk. Niko will tell Roman that he's driving a truck ful lof explosives, and that this is a bad time. Once you arrive at the garage, arm the bomb as told in the help box and you'll automatically get out and run away. Watch the cool slo-mo explosion, and once the game tells you to get out of the area, get a car and drive back towards the bridge you came over. Once you're out of the area, mission completed. You'll call Mikhail telling him the job is completed. Roman will call you later on telling you that Brucie is looking for work. he is now avaliable for missions. Dimitri will text you wanting to see you on the boardwalk over at Firefly Island. Let's go there now. /----------------------\ |4.12: Dimitri Rascalov| \----------------------/ /----------------------------------\ |4.12.1: The Master and the Molotov| Reward: N/A \----------------------------------/ Go to Perestroika. You will see Mikhail and 2 guards get out of the car and enter. Dimitri will call you to tell you there's body armour near the dumpster. Get it and go in to Perestroika. The body armour doubles the amount of bullets Niko will take before dying - it doesn't protect you from falls, explosions or vehicles. Once the cutscene is over, kill the 2 guards, preferably with a shotgun since they're right in frontof you and only 1 shotgun round is needed for each of them. There are 3 more enemies, one is behind the bar, the other 2 aren't taking much cover. Kill them all with your Micro SMG. Follow Mikhail and kill the guards you meet along the way. Once outside, kill the guards on the ground and go up the stairs. Mikhail will drop his Micro SMG and you will be able to perfom an execution. Do so and the mission is over. You can kill him normally too from the stairs too. You'll call Dimitri to tell him Mikhail is dead. Let's go see Brucie. /--------------------\ |4.13: Brucie Kibbutz| \--------------------/ /-------------------------\ |4.13.1: Search and Delete| Reward: $3500 \-------------------------/ Go to your hideout and then go north up Mohawk Avenue. There's a parked police car here that you can steal with less chance of police attention. If you do get a wanted level, lose the heat and Brucie will call you telling you to use the police computer to find Lyle. Once he does call you, bring up the police computer as the game tells you to and go to Search Police Records. Go to Search by name and type in Lyle or Rivas or his full name. Once you get him, quit the police computer and go to Lyle's location. Once there, go to his front door. He will flee. Get back in your police car and chase after him. use your Micro SMG to kill him, and do it fast because he drives like a lunatic. Aim for him, not just the car. If you end up at the airport, he'll hit a truck that will drop heaps of explosive barrels, so avoid those and the out of control truck. If you're still chasing him when you're on the Dukes Bay Bridge, he'll hit a log truck and all the logs will fall off, so again avoid the logs and the truck. Once he's dead, mission completed. You will call Brucie to tell him the job has been done. Brucie will text you about coming to see him for more work. He may have texted you earlier too, but he texted me after the mission regarding that you can do police missions via the police computer. You can do random crimes on the street or take down Liberty City's Most Wanted. Go back to Brucie's for more work. /----------------------\ |4.12.1: Easy as can Be| Reward: $3500 \----------------------/ Now Brucie want's Lyle's car. Go to the locaiton on your map. Get in the car and 2 men will walk up to the car. Drive off and turn left out of the alleyway, speeding to the location on your map. Get there fast, and don't bother shooting the enemies shooting at you behind you because you will probably crash. If you do manage to kill them, one of them has an SMG, so pick that up if you can. Otherwise, get to Brucie's garage as quickly as you can. Once you're there, mission completed. /--------------------\ |4.13: Little Jacob 2| \--------------------/ /--------------\ |4.13.1: Shadow| Reward: $250 \--------------/ Go to the locaiton in South Bohan. Follow the dealer, but slowly. It is advisable to put your phone on Vibrate or Silent to prevent you from spooking the dealer in case someone calls you whilst you're following the dealer. Follow him slowly to his apartment. Once there, go inside and shoot all the enemies. If you do spook him, he will run to his apartment and lock the door. Shoot (or even stab) the lock to open the door and kill the enemies inside. Mission completed. Dimitri will call you unless you call him first about the money for Mikhail's hit. Dimitri will tell you to meet him in a warehouse back in Broker. Once that phone call ends, the mission begins. /------------------------\ |4.14: Dimitri Rascalov 2| \------------------------/ /--------------------------\ |4.14.1: Russian Revolution| Reward: N/A \--------------------------/ Little Jacob will call you and tells you that he should come along just in case anything happens during the meet. Get to the warehouse. After the cutscene, you'll be in cover. Shoot the enemies one by one, aiming for the head to speed things up. The less time you're out of cover, the less you'll get shot. If you have body armour, you can take more risks, but without it wait until your perfect moment to shoot. When Jacob tells you to move up closer, shoot any enemies you can get from here, then move up to where Jacob is and take cover. Keep killing enemies until a cutscene ensues and the police arrive. Go outisde and steal a police car. |
