Here are a few simple steps to make your dull level into a masterpiece!

1) Use all the layers. And by that I mean make USE of all of them. The best levels I've played, the maker has made use of all of the layers, and made them rocky, uneven to each other etc.

2) Use Sound FX. If you have something impacting another thing, then It would seem unrealistic that there would be no sound. Try adding a sound onto it and if will sound real and if will improve your level.

3) Use water if It suits your level. I may be the only person, but I love levels with water in them.

4) Make it challenging, yet fun. Not too challenging or the player might go bald and you don't want that kind of risk to be your fault!

5) Make a good story. Or if you are just making a little level to chill in, make it cozy and happy.
