The fence,you have to speak to Juliet,then you will be in a flashback,when you finish the
flashback,go talk to Juliet,she will open the fence for you.If you are talking about the
panel,that will open the gate for you to go upstairs,you have to do it this way:all of
them have to be right angle,except for the one at the buttom corner.
