Ok this is the way you'll get to dual wield katanas just like Juinici.

1: Begin the Ronin mission: Kanto Connection (It was to be the first time you play this
mission: You can't use Mission Replay unless you're replaying it with someone who did not
finish it online, otherwise you have to start a new game).
2: Get into the sword fight with Juinichi.
3: Use the cheat: #969 to get a pimp slap, and activate the cheat.
4: You'll notice you now got a pimp slap instead of a katana.
5: Slap Juinichi with it.
6: He'll drop his katanas, be fast and pick 'em up and replace them with your pimp slap.
7: You now got dual katanas!
8: If you notice you're floating when you've got the katanas equipped, replay the mission,
and they'll work perfect. (Credits go to divinbladez for noticing this)

Have fun with your new weapons.
