This applies only on the collector's edition of the game. To unlock the New Goblin as a playable character, complete "The Birth of New Goblin" mission. And just a tip when fighting the Goblin (fighting, not fighting using) during the mission, after the flying sequence, try to bring him to the ground, where you can chain quick attack combos without him flying off. |
