Unlockable:How to unlock:
Unlock AkumaFirst, unlock Sakura, Dan, Cammy, Fei Long, Gen and Rose then fight Akuma on arcade mode. Get at least 2 perfects and 2 Ultra Finishes to unlock him.
Unlock Gouken:First, unlock Akuma, Sakura, Dan, Cammy, Fei Long, Gen and Rose then Fight him on arcade mode. Get at least 2 perfects and 2 Ultra Finishes to unlock him.
Unlock CammyEnd the arcade mode with Crimson Viper
Unlock Dan:End the arcade mode with Sakura
Unlock Fei Long:End the arcade mode with Abel
Unlock Gen:End the arcade mode with Chun-Li
Unlock Rose:End the arcade mode with M.Bison
Unlock Sakura:End the arcade mode with Ryu

Perform the actions below to unlock the desired character(s). Note: You can unlock characters on any difficulty, so set the difficulty to "Easiest," set rounds to "1" and set time to "99" if you are having problems.

Unlockable:How
CammyBeat Arcade Mode with Crimson Viper.
Fei LongBeat Arcade Mode with Abel.
GenBeat Arcade Mode with Chun Li.
RoseBeat Arcade Mode with M. Bison (Dictator).
SakuraBeat Arcade Mode with Ryu.
DanBeat Arcade Mode with Sakura.
AkumaFirst unlock the above characters, then play through arcade mode as a character who's already completed arcade mode. If you've got the fights set to one round matches, you need at least one perfect round. If you've got fights set to three round matches, you need at least two perfects. Do not lose a round. After defeating Seth, Akuma will challenge you. Defeat him to unlock Akuma.
GoukenComplete arcade mode as Akuma and then play arcade mode again as a character who's already completed arcade mode. If you've got the fights set to one round matches, you need at least one perfect round, three super or ultra combo finishes, and five first attacks. If you've got fights set to three round matches, you need at least two perfects, five super or ultra combo finishes, and ten first attacks. After defeating Seth, Gouken will challenge you. Defeat him to unlock Gouken.
SethClear arcade mode with all 24 of the other characters (including Akuma and Gouken). If you managed to unlock Seth with different criteria, it might be a bug (but the unlock is still valid for your profile).

Secret - How to do moves.

Sometimes ytou don't know how to do a specific move. Once you know how, then it becomes a piece of cake! Let me tell you. Oh and this is only if your settings are default.

Light Kick: X
Medium Kick: O
Light Punch:
Medium Punch:
Hard Kick: R2
Hard Punch: R1
EX move: (while having EX bars) joystick push in a direction + L1 or L2
Focus move: Hold down X and O
Super Combo: (usually) joystick in a direction twice and then punch or kick
Ultra Combo: (usually) joystick in a direction twice and then L1 or L2

But I'm not very sure how to do moves that requiure charging
