You have to play scenario mode to unlock the characters then you can go into the arena
stage which is also on the same map and can unlock each players endings.

YOU COMPLETE STORY MODE

Oh i won the charactures endings while playing online i guess when you get points you win
them o.o or you can go on campaign and go on the king of iron fist tournement, its short
so shouldn't take long you get at least 4 people to fight.

story endings.the hardest part to beat is on the nightmare train with all these bird
