cant get into darkwater

dark water is my next objective and i cant get in cause both entrances are filled with bad guys... is there some way to get an army together?

can't get into darkwater

circle around the fortress by the side facing the sea. you'll get to free some more
vikings, and then you'll see a flag over the fence. use that
