Im a Sergant now with 1589 points but everytime i log in now the servers dont come up and it just says 0

i have warhawk for my PS3 with just a little over 3,000 points on it. but a couple of nights ago i checked my profile and over 2,000 points were gone just like that!

is there anything i can do?

i bought Warhawk from the psn on different user but i deleted that acc and now when i play warhawk it doesnt come on it says cannot acces content on this account (80092513)
