you should finish 20 mission to level up, until you reach the lvl you want.. just have
patience..

missions? how can I have missions?

i dont remember what its called but i creamed him using the materia that allways lands a
critical hit. i think i was lvl 15 but my materia was maxed out.

just use the materia barrier and mbarrier
and attack him from behind. it critical tha damage and just keep using cure and cura if
you are hit

all you have to do is dodge if he is about to attack thats what I did man just be careful
of your surroundings and and attack at the right time also use materias that are color
yellow if you are hit use cure or cure but from a very far distance

I Beat Him on Level 21 by doing that training mission over and over and over. Mainly The
Thing To Do is Dodge then attack with materia That's what i did hope this helps O and also
