When in a battle, check the energy bar.If you have more than 4 full energy bar, hold the
down button and press the circle button.

When ur ki bar is at 4 press down and circle or to start the battle as a ssj,hold r ona
super sayan and press x,u should hear a click meaning the cheat is unlocked

There is also one thing.If you choose super saiyan 3 you can also directly go to super
saiyan 3 in battle if only you have 4 full bars of Ki

First when youare chousing your character put it in Super saiyan 1, 2, 3, or 4 and before
pressing X first press R1 and then X
