I have made it to the refuge hall in act II. I got a few quests from the nights but I cannot get to any of the places nor do i know where they are. for example: Watering hole, Ice mountains (i know where they are i just cant get into them.)

I have found all but one of the places. One of the ways to find all of those places is to
exit the citidal and walk around the desert area.( the area where you found the
bloodstaind battlefield) I am looking for the bloodseeker. You maybe able to use the
teleport....Its easier to get to the refugee camp using it
