Make sure that you still have Lavian and Alicia (Agrias' guards from Chapter 1) still in your party in Chapter 4 and have at least 500k gil. Land on a City on Cancer I and you will see a cutscene where an embarrased Mustadio gives a birthday gift to Agrias. You will now have the lip-rouge which is a great stat-boosting accessory for female characters. |

I need some help with the Tynar Rouge quest.
I do have Lavian and Alicia.
I do have Mustadio and Agrias.
I have more than 500,000 gils.
I land on a city on June 22 (cancer 1 isn't it)
But nothing happens!
Is it beacause I don't have Rad anymore (the male guard)?
