what's in midnight deep?

in chapter 4 go to port city of warjilis, ramza will visit tavern automatically, and there was a say in midnight deep there was a treasure but i fight and fight, there was no treasure, but you know?, I discovered 1 thing, if your enemy is dead please w8 them to turn into crystal, because if you're dead, there will have 3 rounds before you will turn to crystal! and there will be have little light, because un midnight deep there is no light, try to kill all enimies and try to leave 1 monster, and dont kill that w8 before all enimies will be crystal, except the 1 monster you try to leave, I try to leave 1 monster, I trapped him, because if you dont trap him he will get the crystal! I try to kill 8 monster but only four crystals appear, the others is treasure, but I try to figure out what's in midnight deep! please help me!
