you cant if u could when u go 2 c your stats it would say dist traveld in air it says dist
traveled in water &land but not air so u cant fly

in gta san andreas get a car and drive to the airport put the car by the gate and jumpon
it and fromthe car jump over the gate 2 steal an air plane note this does not work in
other airports

how can you fly i want a helly copter

but u cnt cause i walkedi mean really walked the whole air port no hellycopter anywere
only a LCPD car and a TOYZ truck.thats it and planes that u cant enter.

First u need to get to the mission "Calm Before The Storm". Once u get to the part when
M***imo lands on the rooftop, you ride a motorcycle (PCJ-600) up the stairs in the
alleyway. Its real tough to get up them because it takes ages to get yourself in position.
The reason why you need the bike is because if you just walk up, you will walk straight
into a yellow marker. If you go on the bike, it wont recognize it. Once your up (finally)
you just ride over to the helicopter, get off the bike, and hop in.Fly!
