Finish 15 levels of Vigilante side missions.(Its alot easier doing it in a tank spawn Rhino)To get a tank enter the cheat in gameplay UP,L1,DOWN,R1,LEFT,L1,RIGHT,R1.

Own all 30 bussiness and you will get a bulletproof bussines car.

To find a helicopter you first need to do all story missions. The location it is in H

Before going in use health cheat and then go inside. Your car will get repaired for free!!!!!!!!

Needed: Sniper, Bombs or Rocket Launcher, Wanted Levl Cheat and acess to the upper part of the island on the left.

Go to the top of a building in the left island. You can get up via helicopter or stairs. Destroy stuff with weapons(dont use the sniper yet). Get 6 stars. When you get 6 stars wait for a tank. It should be tackling the building by now. Use the Wanted level cheat to reduce stars to zero. Jump off the building, steal a ride and chase the tank. Block it(dont touch or you'll blow up) with the ride and then get off. Sniper time. Use it to kll the soldiers inside. You have to do this cause the doors are locked and you can open them when you kill the people inside. Hurry and bring the tank to your garage to repair it(Tanks aren't accepted in Pay n Spray). Enjoy your tank.

If your car has some damage and you dont want to pay to have it fixed at the pay n spray, just go to a safe house (not the buisness ones) and park you car in the garage and have the door close and then open it and get into your car and it is fully healed.

Ok this works after u get klicked out of the base. ok activate perds have weapons, guys follow u, peds riot, aftr thaton the east side jump up on the thing and get into the base and they will be killing each other. hey i did this so i can get a bollon and a veichle.

An indestrutibul car is the bmx bike it cant go on fire
