Secret - get in base harmfree (sometimes u get hit)

ok this works after u get klicked out of the base. ok activate perds have weapons, guys follow u, peds riot, aftr thaton the east side jump up on the thing and get into the base and they will be killing each other. hey i did this so i can get a bollon and a veichle.
