1 cheat:go the airport and take the small wooden plane and it will tell u to do a mission
then u press up then u will release that u r on the small wooden plane that u do the
mission with or take it with.( but it cant fire bullets.

2:at the second city,the safehouse go up the stairs and u will find a door. go out and u
will see a H, center got a padlock go there then it will ask u want to buy a helicopter
called littlewillie or not. it cost $5000 for one.and it can shoot bullets out of
it.(should be at viceport)

3: go to second island (washington beach) police centre rooftop. but if u stole it and
police saw it, it will come after u.(do not know whether got bullets or not)
