Go to the bridge near pay n spray. Get in the water and swim along the things that hold up the bridge. Once you begin to lose lots of stamina climb on to the things that hold the bridge

you must do the quest dat the phil guy tell us then can go over. you cant swim over beause when u swim half way though it will block ur way through it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

u hav to keep doing missions untill finnally u just can go across

u will drive a truck and the other for lance to cross the bridge

All you have to do is look up how to get you car to jump on gta on your psp go full speed
thn press the down butten and jump over the shart road block

Git for cops after you then go to the airpart with a tank look up how to gite a tank go on
a ramp with a tank a helacoptor will be in the air shoot it 1 time then git in the tank
and shoot it aginso it will fall git in it and you can fly
