u Cant, Ive Tried Every Single Cheat And Still U Cant Fly

With the mission "Calm before the storm", you must follow a helicopter. Finally the
helicopter lands on a roof. You must climb the stairs with a bike, the best bike for this
the PCJ-600. Then get in the helicopter, but don't fly to far of the landing place or the
mission ends.

once you reach the top of stairs on that mission it goes to a cut seen
