well after u get the 1st freestyle scroll from kairoku it is possible 2 get the others.
2nd freestyle scroll - u get this from suzaku, go inside jurakunan and turn left on the path where there's a raichin tavern, go all the way to the end of this path until u find an old man surrounded by barrels, most explosives. destroy them all (it doesnt hurt that much) then talk 2 him.

3rd freestyle scroll - u get this in seiryu, go to chikuan and go to the school, when your at the entrance with that lady standing there, turn left and go straight on until there's another old man. talk to him

hint: all the scrolls (apart from the 1st one) are given to you by old men
