i cant get into hakuzen for the fourth freestyle scroll


so i am at central kirin rite now. so the byakko or w/e are all over the hakuzen area and the main temple.... but i need to get into hakuzen for the fourth freestyle scroll. but it wont let me. any idea's what i need to do? i also tried getting to the forbiddin wall and the wall of hakuzen but it wont let me get their either so plz help thank you!

I don't know what to do after I saved shinbu s dad


Help!!!!! Please I am stuck here I am suppose to go to hakuzen to prevent Kirin from
taking the sword but I am not allowed into the gate there is no soldiers guarding the
gate.....
