no,there is not a cheat to get him,but the hardest thing is go to episode VI chapter5 and
do the challenge mode with a jedi/sith.

use these cheats CL4U5H for santa clothes and TYH319 for the white beard to use the beard
go to the extras menu and change the disguise to number 3
