Here's the answer.

After defaeting Vader there's somthing that shold open the carbon chamber(the little
circle area),but to do this you have to be someone like Vader.When the stormtroopers come
out,you get in to the vehicle pick up one of the troopers and drop him in to the carbon
chamber and so lego pieces shold come out and then build it and you shold have the
canister
