its the final boss of the game like ukanlos is to MHFU.

It has just been announced that black blos, silver and gold rath, and akantor and ukanlos are coming back! i have seen videos made by Azurestonestar fighting both ukanlos and akantor(not at the same time or video though)

Yep, those monsters are back for real. And from what i heard, There is another monster to be announced...
Alatreon! Wow, can't believe i will battle (and kill) this monster in MHP3rd for the first time!

altreon has pretty intresting skills from what i seen, i even heard a person say something about brining back the escordia set or something like that, the that akantor pin is awesome.

this gave me an idea, certain polearms can do pin attacks on monsters, the pin cant be done easily. example, you jump on a diablos' head and demagnitize the black iron pole and you can choke the diablos like this =

= ?? what's that?

the neck of the diablos is between the two poles, =, the you magnetize it, which then chokes it, like a pin attack

Has anyone here at CG played the game yet?

No... Plus I smashed my psp. I have a couple new weapon ideas though, like giant fan.

a giant fan... i think this weapon won't need ESP, can attack in range, and maybe can send annoying preys to "fly". Yeah, it'll be pretty funny if the hunters can use a fan to kill monsters (by using air-cutters). Time for revenge, Daora.
well, i think i'll just wait for MHF3 to be released, soon enough. TeamHGG is pretty busy translating MHP3rd.

Graah and the full english version hasn't released yet (So far I only know the partial 2.3 patch from team HGG). Well, at least the game is playable even without the full patch.

Gotta say something. In mhfu, after i finished all the quests and happily killed all g-rank fatalis, me and my friends keep playing the game looking for some rare materials like heavenly scales or dragon jewels. Yeah, that still goes until we got mhp3rd. Sure, i was a little surprised by that jinouga in the village quest, and the time i made a new character, glad i killed it

After all that, finally cleared all the quests, including that alatreon. And just like mhfu, we keep looking for rare materials. Oh, but that's not the end of it, not at all. Well, i made almost all the cool and strong equipments from those famous monsters,and there's just one problem.

Can't believe i gotta spend my days mining for some "charms" in the volcano (hr5). In the late-game too. Boring, really.

Closing, i guess i still prefer mhfu over mhp3rd. Mhfu is more "challenging" than mhp3rd, thanks to it's g-rank monsters and g-rank materials. But sure, i had more fun while playing mhp3rd, so this game is quite something too. That's my opinion of those two games, how about you guys?
