Hi i need to find second key in garden can you help i found the one behind the snake but where is the second one

Did someone manage to get past the second dog? After jumping over the fish heads and giving the dog the cookies, I run as fast as I can to my left. Then I tried checking the zone at my left but there is nowhere to climb. So I must have to get to the right, and go down the staircase but by the time I'm almost at the boxes, time runs out. Please help..

I'm in the city of lights, and in a challenge I have to turned the water handled (I did) give the handle to a music box ( I did) use a chilli pepper to clear the sewer ( I did) I found the last coin in the drain, but I don't know what to do now I tried everything and the walkthroughs I found don't help.
