you have to go inside the mansion and look around. There will be two ccl guards gaurding him. Then on the way outside, there will be some men you will have to kill. After that, you go to the water fountain and you will beat the mission.

when you get the vp go to the extraction point with out the vp to secure the area of bad guys then once its clear go back then get the pesident then go to the extraction ponit

on the 3 level of the house there will be 2 ccl noobs and you blow there faces off. then
there are more on the 1 2 3 levels you just have too blow there faces off then you go out
of the house and there are 3 ccl people then you kill them too
