I'm not sure how, but I checked my inventory, and the album was there.

So for people looking for the album, check your inventory first!!

go to the secret sub level you will find a chest somwhere there and it will say pick lock
and you gained anew item check inventory and its there

you should check the inventory if it realy worked it works for me
