Do u want to know some hints ?

well to do the easy way u go to the "buy perks menue" when u press select, then hold all together L+R+square and a new perk will come up and its a purple heart with googley eyes....now...do all mission itll be easier to flirt, intimidate, chat, and now u will have all your skills full as soon as u activate it...u do that by pressing square while in game and press the ----> button till u see the purple-google-heart and hit circle.

-Get ingredients for vamp. cure(plasma in either Mambo Loa or other marketer in deadtree market and garlic at mambo loa)
-find issacs wives parts first then u can get into the meeting house.
