how do you find out who the night beast and can you go around tasering everyone to find out how?

the night beast is annie at the saloon,
when you see the beast, it has pigtails and is wearing shorts just like hers,
another dead giveaway is that she is extremely cranky when you talk to the human form.

it's annie howell in the pub place. you have to intimidate her until she crys then u can
go up to her n taser her. after you have to pay her £700 to complete another goal
