I just notice a lot of the same Questions being asked. Here are some helpful hints on game play. Kind of a walkthrough. use ctrl f (find) to help you find what your looking for faster.

How to hunt Boar?

I found that placing food on the ground attracts them, then your sim has to have the strength and a spear to be able to beat the boar. Also walk in front of it and irritate it then a red bubble should appear and then the fight will commence. Remember to collect the ham afterward (*^_^)v

How to Catch a fish with a fishing rod?

Get material for a fishing rod, then don't reel it in until the dinger bobs down in the water, then press "reel in" then your sim will struggle with it a bit then pull out a fish,shark out.

To Catch a fish with out a rod?

Have your sim make a spear, and then wait until one of the fish jumps out of the water then click stab, it should work everytime, I haven't had it fail on me when I do it this way yet.

How to Build Skills?

Charisma: I found the easiest way to get this up was making and interacting with the sand buddy

Mechanical: Easiest way I found was making things, building

Cooking: Collecting food, and Making food and it will rise rise rise.

Body: I had the hardest time getting my last body skill point >.> like she would only chop one or two pieces but Yoga, climbing trees, and harvesting wood, spearing fish, help.

Logic: Spearing fish, looking at stuff, my logic was never a problem infact I hardly noticed when I did something to rise it

Creativity: make a shaker and play it, playing music seems fastest way to get it up, Also making sand buddy for first time, Im not sure the second time actually did anything. But music is way to go. If you find the monkey horn it goes up faster it seems, and the ukele plus its cute watching them.

Cheats!!!

Yeah I tried them and nada, so I doubt they really have cheats for psp version. the only thing gnomes do are get knocked over. >.> nothing magical there. they wash up every once in a while, really take up invetory space. Better just play the game thats what you bought it for any way right to play?

Llama king crown?

Its in the temple interior behind the throwns

Saddle wood?

You need metal ore from the volcano top, then the forge on the volcano interior, then go back out and you will now have the option of "harvest saddle wood" *woot*

Cliff dive?

You have to have 10 body! then go to the ancient theatre and walk to the Cliff, and go to tidal pool, and your sim will do the dive on his or her own, and a bonus you will get a treasure map piece. (^_^)

also I found a awesome walkthrough actually for the psp, b/c its like it doesn't exist everyone is always talking about the ps2 or ds version. >.>

I did add some things though that I didn't see there. I haven't figured out geyser plains "inspect thing" yet. it hasn't worked for me. and I haven't found the ninth map piece. I can't dive for clams no the west beach crystal island comes up instead of "dive for clams"

The geyser you have to have a chisel and hammer, and I guess full body, then go to the rock above the hole, and "inspect geyser" then the sim will knock it down and fill the hole, but it just takes you to the overlook which you can get to from the stairs "/....

Still haven't found my last map piece >.>

I got the cheat to work.The gnome doesn't look like the regular gnomes, and its wearing blue, with a pegged leg. do it fast and go to a place that has little place for the gnome to hide. during live mode and do it fast.
