If its the anicent door in that cave, you have to place that crown you got i think in the
temple and place ur head in the door to unlock it.

where is the crown

you have to wait until you get to volcano island, then once you get to the temple interior
behind the throwns the kings crown is there, take that all the way back to the door in the
dark cave, and you sim will do the rest. >.> make sure its a sim you want wearing
the hat for the rest of the game though.
