u have to start in the empty pool and skate fast enuf in it to reach the top of the cables
in the air and then press triangle to grind on it all the way until it says that u reached
your goal

first u get to the wires near the right side of the beach on the second haft ramp then u
click triangle and grine on the wire and then u piss them off
