For some reason i'm only getting 1 experience point for every battle. i've done around 15 consecutive battles and its all the same. can anyone tell me why? is this normal?

maybe because...if you have the lv.13 dwarf "ralgo"on your team or try fighting tougher enemies.

Your level is too high for the monsters you are fighting. As the guy said earlier maybe because you have Ralgo or some other character you picked up. Check the levels of all your characters and if someone's level is much higher than anothers, then you get the Exp. of the higher lvl character. The best way to beat this is to change the classes of all your characters so they are ALL THE SAME LEVEL.

Example : Having
Lvl 1 fighter
Lvl 1 Thief
Lvl 4 Priest
Lvl 15 fighter

You will get the exp of the Lvl15 fighter in your party REGARDLESS of what lvl your other party members are on.
