If you are in your own box and can't clear the ball then use this cheat to get out of it. When one of the opposition players is near you, hold L and press triangle and you will do a dive. The ref will think the opposition player fouled you and gives you a free-kick.

Note:It doesn't work if the opposition player isn't close enough to you.

When you are in the penalty box run up to a player and as he is going to attack you hold L and press triangle, you will fall over and the ref will give you a penalty kick.

NOTE: As you do that the ref sometimes blames you.
