Unlockable - How to unlock a Hammer Bro.

First complete the whole Star Arena challenge with any character and unlock Blooper. Now, use Blooper to complete the challenge again. When you go to the last challenge in Bowser's stage, you are fighting a Hammer Bro.! If you beat him, you unlock him. I hope this helps!
