 Why would you train such weak pokémon? I can say that they do grow very strong. But i think you should really train more than just a team full of pokémon, as such i'm training a whole box of pokémon to level 100 (:

 Catch a Wailmer & level it up to level 40. Then you've got a Wailord (:

 But when i started a new game i chose Treecko and i think that Torchic is a better starter pokémon because of all the good moves it learsn at later stages.

 Make sure you have the Saphire version because lunatone is impossible to gte in Ruby. Go to meteor falls. It should most definetly be there. If you can't find it, use the white flute or sweet scent; garanteed to get rare pokémon
