Hints - Making Bao-Dur A JediYou need a major influence with Bao-dur in order for him to become a jedi. If you are a light or neutral Jedi, Bao-dur will start a conversation with "You know General, having you around has an effect on me." (or something like that) "I haven't noticed it before. maybe I was too occupied then." Say nothing to end the conversation. Then he says,(approximately)"There is an anger inside me. It is still there, but I feel it drifting away." At this point you can train him to become a Jedi guardian. If his alignment is in the lightside zone, he will agree. |
Glitch - Level 50 characterThe glitch allows you to make your character go to level 50. Now, the game allready allows you to reach this level, but most people do not even reach level 40, sometimes 30. The way to do this is to go the the Planet Korriban. After you have completed the tasks in the ruined Sith academy, you will take the path back to the ship. On the way there, you will notice a cave entrance on your left, which is the same tunnel from the original Kotor, but with some differences. You will notice that there are some new enemies in here, and that there are some broken jars located in various places around the cave. But the most notable difference is the Sith Tomb in the back of the cave. The tomb, which belongs to Ludo Kressh, is the site of the glitch. If Kreia tells you that you are powerful enough to enter the tomb, then you may, but you and only you may enter the tomb, no one else. Once you enter, you will meet Malak recruiting jedi to the Mandalorian Wars. You will already know that Malak is an illusion, but after the dialoge options are over, you will be forced to fight him and the rest of the jedi, including Bastilla( protaginist in the previous game). After the battle, you will have the choice to enter three doors, but the two at your side lead to rooms with mediocre items in it. The path in the front of the room leeds to another room filled with enemies. After you have killed them, exit the room and you shall enter a chamber filled with republic soilders and a bridge. one of the soilders talks to you about the mines on the field and the mandalorians on the other side. Whatever you choose, you will still get the same ending. Like the first room, you will have three paths to choose from, where the ones on the side lead to rooms with items in them, and the one in front will continue your journey. After you continue, you will enter a room with a statue in front of you and two doors on your side. The one on your left will lead to the seecond-to-last room in the tomb, but the one on the left will lead to a room with a dead jedi's body in it. if you search the body, then you will recieve a couple items, including a datapad. If you try to leave the room, you will notice that you will confront two sith dragons. After you beat them, go back to the body, and depending on your alignment( dark side being to best alignment choice for this glitch), the amount of times that you search the body will vary. If you are dark sided, then 20 times shall suffice, but if you are on the light side, then only do it 3 or 4 times, more if you are level 20 and up. This will take a long time to finish, ad can be very boring, but it will pay off at the end of the game. |
Glitch - Prologue itmes. In this glitch, you will be allowed to have items when you begin the actual game. When you begin a new game, you will be given the chance to go throught the prologue. Click yes and then begin the prologue. Now, you will go through it like normal, but do not open the door to the engine room, and do not heal your character for these will cause you to loose items, and you dont want that. So, continue through the prologue and collect all the items that you can. If you like to use guns in the game, then repair the other astromech droid and then take his weapon. In the east side of the ship is a droid flamethrower in a footlocker, and to get it you need both droids. Now unequip all of the items that you have on both droids and then go back to the cockpit. Skip the prologue and you will then start the actual game. If you look in the start menu, you will notice that all the items that you got in the prologue will have been moved to your character, and this will give you a little boost in the beginning of the game. Enjoy. |
Glitch - Extra credits. When you are on Telos, if you talk to Lt. Gren, he will tell you about some bounties that you can find, one of them being a bounty on two escaped criminals. When you recieve the task in your missions menu, go to the Czerka offices. When there, head up to the front desk and you will see Jana Lorso talking to the two criminals. When they leave, head back to the TSF office and talk to Gren and tell him that you killed the criminals. He will give you 200 credits and then you will leave. Now once you land on the planets surface, you will face a group of mercenaries and then face the criminals. Kill them and continue your quest. Once you have retrieved the Ebon Hawk, go back to Citadel Station and walk towards the TSF offices. Talk to Gren again and tell him you killed the criminals. He should give you another 200 credits for killing them. Its not much, but its better then nothing. |
