 summon lots of sylphs and keep vaan away from the guys, but when Ba'gamman comes and all other lizards are dead... Summon Garcha's, and keep vaan running and the espers fighting. 50% win.

 it may be boring but you shouldnt be lazy, level up your espers on the ship before attacking, and if they capture it, try to capture it back or capture another one... if there is another one

 i remember this... 24513, i no what the prob is... you do the 4rth one first. the 1rst one 2nd. the last one third. the 2nd one 4rth. and the middle one 5th... if that doesnt work call me again
