 I think u havta connect ur fomt gba version, but i think it only lets characters from mineral town visit you...

 By crops, do u mean trees??? If u do, u must've noticed a piece of fruit somewhere in the dark soil. All u havta do is drag a villager over it to plant it. It takes a few hours, so its best to do it right when u begin the game. At most u can plan..

 To get the other key (pink), u need to make a potion. Notice that pink diamond thingy on the cliff? thats it. Since its too high, u need a light n springy potion. use 1 rose and 2 black orchids then have one of your villagers drink it, then drag ..

 Are you connected to fomt? because some characters need that to go to Forget-Me-Not valley... If you are connected, I think he's in the mines on Thursdays... hope i could help :)

 First of all.... did u activate the first heart event???? (just being sure) Yeah, that happened to me too... they said to raise his fp first before doing that... hope i could help
