 the old chateau in eterna forest, and in one of the back rooms there is a tele, clik a on the tele, and u wil fight with rotom, i think hes about level 25/30 ( i think)

 the only way is to trade off of your pearl/diamond if u got it off ranger like i did

 igot on pearl via the event, traded it to my platinum, put it first in party pkmn, and the woman stil only talks about the gracidea flower, she still isnt giving me one
