 When you are at darkwater. goup the side of the fort were the sea is (lrft hand side) near the end of the wall you will see a rug hung over the wall you an climb over at this spot. When here follow the wall round to the left killing a few people ..

 u mean ice, fire, lightning. You get em fom a guy in the area were you start in each region. you buy them for your sward just like healt potions
