 once you get the cheat gnome(L,L,R,A,A,UP)then you stand next to the cheat gnome and press(UP,LEFT,DOWN,RIGHT,R)once the gnome lights up click on it, it should say"advance six hours"then cancel the selection and repeat(UP,LEFT,DOWN,RIGHT,..

 well i dont think you can have kids...on it....the only one you can have kids on is Sims 2 for all i know
