 When the Realgam Tower gets built, you have to go through some trainers before the boss, and one of them have him.

 I failed to catch Raimorid, and I really need to get it, because I'm wanting to get Ho-Oh aswell as all the Shadow Pokemon, do you get another chance to catch it?! Please!!
