 I used a cheat code for Diamond to get unlimited Manaphy. I think you should breed your Manaphy with Ditto to get Phione before you do any trading. Oh, and the one with the lvl. 100 Arceus, that would be a horibble descision to trade it for a Man..

 You shold be able to do that when you start up your game. It should say Wi-Fi settings below the options menu. Otherwise, look at the instruction booklet for Wi-Fi that came with the game and the DS.
